Cooper weighs about 35 lbs. He is very lovable and loves kids of all ages. He is great with other small dogs, male or female. If you are interested please call or text me at 479-739-6913. He is, i think, border collie and blue heeler mix. I absolutely love him. But we live too close to the road to keep him. i dont want to risk him getting hit by a car.
