Does it have enough coat for its age? Are the feet stained to indicate that pup was housed where it had to stand in urine? Is the seller a puppy mill with multi breeds and mixed breeds? Is the seller a person who does not raise the pups but has some one else grow them. This person is a broker. Are the eyes stained to possibly indicate an infection or some other medical condition? There are products to clear up the stains if the eye is healthy.
