We have been working with the breed since 2004, at which time we imported our first girl from Canada. We have since gathered together an impressive little breeding program of delightful Berners from all over the world.
We only work with companion(pet) and therapy homes but believe strongly that each puppy should exemplify the wonderful characteristics found in the Champions of the breed. Berners are an intelligent, strong, and sensitive breed that is known for their contagious personality and spellbinding empathy. We can't imagine our lives without a Berner in it, and work with families that do the same.
This is a breed that is not often well produced in the states, and while we would never claim perfection, we are working hard to give each puppy the best opportunity to be the most healthy and happy puppy he/she can be. We only work with individuals that will offer a lifetime home and accept every aspect of the breed eagerly.
We review an application for each home before sending a puppy home, which only happens after a puppy is at least 12 pounds.Each puppy is examined by a licensed Vet and temperament assessed before leaving our home and is well started on vaccines, deworming, obedience, and a good healthy diet (including RAW food) Their parents' excellent temperament, beautiful conformation and markings have been handed down to our puppies. Both parents on site to happily meet you!
We place our puppies on a "Puppy Covenant" which commits both breeder and the new family to the puppy. Veterinary care (including vaccines and dewormings) history and future recommendations are given. Application required. Paypal accepted. Shipping is at cost.
