My extremely intelligent college son thought it was a good idea to get a Siberian Husky puppy in a 400 square foot apartment in Texas. That lasted two months and I now have a very beautiful 8 month old puppy on my hands. I recently had to move and the new house does not have the two acres he is used to having. I am also concerned about having a Husky in Texas with the extreme heat.
Kiba is gorgeous, friendly, and kennel trained. He is a pure bred pup, but has not been registered. He can be registered with APRI, (American Pet Registry Inc.) I have the paperwork. Since I didn't know if a new owner would want him for stud or not, I have not neutered him. He is black and white with both eyes laser blue.
My concern is not getting money for the dog, but finding him a good home, hopefully in a climate more suitable for him or as a house pet. $200.00 is only a fraction of what I have put into him and not anywere near what my son paid for him. He is a typical high energy puppy, loves people, and gets along well with my roommates golden retriever and my geriatric mixed breed. He would make a great family pet.
