-Attention Breeders: Please do not inquire about my puppies, all of my puppies are spayed/neutered prior to leaving we do not sell to breeders unless it is a preapproved show home with multiple references!
We have a new litter ready to go now!! Now accepting deposits. Photos available upon request.
We are a private breeder of high quality healthy AKC yorkshire terriers with champion bloodlines. Our puppies are raised in our home from birth to departure. We occasionally have pups for pet homes and show homes available. All of our puppies have their dew claws removed and tails docked, receive ALL of their vaccines, vet check, dewormed, socialized, and are wee pad trained before leaving. We offer a 1 year health guarantee on all of our puppies. We screen all prospective families who are interested in bringing one of our babies to their home. Our yorkie puppies range between 3-6 lbs depending on which puppy you choose. All of our babies stay minimum of 12-16 weeks.
We do not believe in supporting puppy mills or puppy brokers/re-sellers. So brokers and stores need not inquire about our precious little ones. Usually all of our puppies will be SPAYED/NEUTERED prior to departure to prevent unscrupulous breeders from exploiting our precious little ones and breeding them unauthorized!! If they are not they are sold with STRICT spay/neuter contracts which we enforce! We breed for betterment of the breed with hopes we will produce future champions for ourselves. The difference between a professional breeder and a backyard breeder is motive, if their goal is to simply make money then in our opinion they have no business breeding or dealing with animals at all for that matter. If they're passionate about the breed, constantly educating themselves and others about the breed, and breeding for the betterment of the breed and are breeding for their own future show prospects then they can be considered professional breeders.
There are too many poorly bred and unwanted dogs out in the world today with severe health problems to keep this trend up. We all need to make a stand and put a stop to puppy mills by not purchasing puppies from pet stores and brokers. While searching for a quality yorkshire terrier puppy, it is not the time to hunt for the bargain of your lifetime, if you search based solely on the cheapest price, you can be fairly certain you will get what you paid for and so much more, such as vet bills and a poor specimen of the breed which the purity may even be in question. That is not to say the most expensive yorkie is the best quality yorkie either.
While searching for your breeder, go to their house, meet with them and their puppies, and the dam of the puppies and if possible the sire (sometimes the sire belongs to someone else and it may not be possible to see him, but you should see pictures of him at least) if you get a bad vibe or something is off do not just purchase a puppy because you "felt bad for the puppy". You are not doing the puppy or youself any favors by giving this breeder more money to continue in their ways. Walk away if you do not think the puppy is right for you, and furthermore, keep searching, remember this dog will be with you for the next 12-15 years, this is a big decision!
DO NOT purchase a puppy from someone who says they are willing to meet you for a small fee, this is a red flag they are hiding something they do not want you to see at their house. No one who cares about their pups will just meet you on the side of the highway and dump one of their precious babies off on the side of the road!! Even more so do not purchase a puppy from someone who wants to sell one to you on the internet and ship it to you! That is traumatizing for a puppy and horrific. You need to find a breeder who is: 1.) committed to the breed and betterment of the breed, 2.) is breeding healthy quality dogs, 3.) cares about the puppies he/she is raising, and 4.) cares about you and is willing to maintain and keep a close relationship with you because you are going to have questions throughout the life of your puppy. Ask for multiples references, be sure the puppy is AKC Registered and ask for at least a 3 generation pedigree.
As a prospective puppy parent you also need to do your own independent research on the breed and be sure a yorkie is right for you and your entire family and be willing to be patient for the right puppy and the right time, mother nature does not always cooperate with time frames and situations. You also need to be willing to trust your breeder and your breeders opinion on which puppy makes sense for you and your family. Do not rely on things "other people" have told you or rumors you hear, go see the breed in person and read as much literature from accredited authors as possible. (Ask if you need advice on some good books to read to prepare yourself).
We hope you find our dogs and puppies beautiful like we do and wish you the best of luck in your search for your newest family member.
