Here are pics of my baby's Kiyahna http://www.dogster.com/?77842 Kya http://www.dogster.com/?78135 Our foster babies http://www.dogster.com/?82904 No APBT's are not for everyone and as Frostygirl said you or anyone else should definately do ALOT of reading before choosing to get this breed. But they do make wonderful pets with responsible owners. my dad for instance right, he did not like pit bulls at all. Until I got Kiyahna now he likes her at least, This is someone who said No pit bulls anywhere near my house...lol He heard to many stories and sees them on the news all the time. Well now he has one living with him and has no problem with her because she is so sweet..
Ah, nowadays they are just called Vizslas :D Well, they are a sporting breed, so I would assume yes. ---Allie the Chihuahua http://www.dogster.com/?41063 ---Mönica the Kitty http://www.catster.com/?57596
Whatever breed you decide on, make sure you do alot of research and find a good breeder or better yet, go to a rescue or shelter. We were looking for a puppy and finally found the breed that will work for us, but we will not be getting a puppy until at least next fall. We need to do more research and make sure that we have everything ready. Please do alot of research and contact people who have them and see how their temperment really is. Good Luck!
Truepitz-Muse looks just like the male 5month old puppy i saw the other day at the Brampton, ontario Humane society, he is up for adoption, he has beautiful gold colourd eyes and just the sweetest personality, and is a red brindle also
You know what, it's not just pits. I think any breed may not be the breed for everyone. I love my chi, but I know lots of people don't want a dog that small. On the other hand, my pug, well a lot of people make fun of her. I think everyone has their own personality and different dogs will fit those personalities. Did that make sense? Anyway, since I have four totally different breeds I don't know what that says about me, lol. Just something that popped into my head. I really can't think of any breed that I would say I don't want one. I do know however there are certain breeds that wouldn't fit well in my household. For instance, some dogs are notorious for wanting to roam and a I would be a paranoid nutcase if one of my dogs got lost. Ok, I'm rambling, I'll be quiet now. Ha.
