I have a mixed breed dog we adopted from the humane society, he weighs bout 45 lbs and looks like a german shepherd/border collie mix. He had a lot more white markings as a puppy, but as he got older the longer coat took over the white. No clue though for sure his breed origins. Here's a pic of him. http://webpages.charter.net/minniyar/08634780.jpg

Sorry for not responding Kuba, I logged off after I put my post. Hunter is a yellow lab mixed with an Australian Cattle Dog. He looks exactly like a yellow lab, but has light tan spots and markings on his body. I adopted him when he was 8 weeks old too.
I have 2 mixes. I'll always have a mutt. They make great dogs. Anyway, I have Shelby, a Rott/Collie mix, and she'll be 12 years old next March. And I have Sky, who is a Rott/German Short-Hair Pointer/Shar-Pei mix. She is 20 months old. Fin
Sorry I didn't get back to everyone sooner. I agree that mutts make the best dogs : ) Zoe I have always wanted a doberman chocolate lab mix, does he look more like a lab? Your dogs were all so cute! Hi to all!
