Animal, yes they do come in that color. The color is called "Blue or Gray". Corso's are very loyal and loving dogs. They do drool alot and hip dysplisia is very common in the breed. As well as cherry eye, entropian, and ectropian. I would say anyone looking for a Corso really do their homework and reseach the breeders. They are an expenisive breed so their are lots of people out there trying to make a buck. The average "pet" puppy from a good breeder is usually starting around $1700.00. I have seen them as much as $5000.00. Here is a link to mine.
OH yeah there are lots of kennels out there that will sell registered puppies for even 900.00. But you get what you pay for. That is why I said to make sure you do your homework on the breeder. When I personally purchase a dog I look to see if that breeder is breeding to "better" the breed. Are they showing and working their dogs. Are their dogs an important part of their family. Or are they breeding a few different breeds of dogs that are raised in kennels and that is all they do is have puppies. That is just what I look for. I am sure their a alot of people out there that look for that "cheap" puppy in every breed. And that is what they get.
