That's a little dumb. That's when you know breeders are just trying to get your money. I would never spend over 800 dollars for a dog, no matter what bloodline or whatever. There was a germen sheperd pup on here who went for 5,000 dollars. They said it was related to the germen sheperd in *the Cell*. BS. Show me the proof. Movies usually use several different dogs that look alike. It could be true, but I didn't believe it for 1 second.

I saw that german shepherd. They also made the mistake of calling the one on the Cell black. Duh, no it was white. I am like the biggest movie person so don't try and feed me a line of b.s. I thought that was outrageous also. Have you checked wizardofclaws.com?? They had a "tiny teacup yorkie" on there for $8000. My butt!!
I think I saw that ad for the $8000 Yorkie, I can't believe people will spend almost $10,000 on a dog. I see plenty of them from Fairview Yorkies in OH that are going for $3000 to $5000. Yeah, and if your pup is more than $1500 (or something) they'll throw in the shipping for free. OMG!
I was about to say, hey why not? If your so rich that eight thousand bucks is like eighty to you and me, than more power to 'em. If they can find the chumps, why not?
But then I thought about it from the pups point of view and it is really wrong. They breed tiny pups who will probably have health problems and sell them to people so rich, they become "throw-aways" when they start to have problems. No, its a bad thing.
