Pardon the lanugage, but you gotta know my parents, they are loose tongued people.

My mom calls me up with this story:
Her phone rings and she misses the call. So she tries to call back using caller ID, but she is elderly and cant see very well. She accidently calls my Dad's cell phone. He is in the same room but leaves to answer his cell.
He answers and she says, "you called me just now and I was wondering what it was about".
He says "I didn't call anyone, lady, who is this?
She says "Well who is this?"
He says" Don Lofendo" My mom then realizes her boo- boo and starts laughing and says "F*** you. (thinking he was aware of what was happening and just messing with her"
He is appalled, some lady is calling me and swearing at me on the phone and he replies, "F*** you too, lady!!! What the H*** are you calling my cell for and then swearing at me over the phone!!!! (and other expletives)

Finally, they realize they are standing within two feet of each other, cursing each other out over the phone!!

That is soooo my parents. They are crazy.

That made my day lalayla. How funny! My husband called me one day on my cell and I had just pulled in our driveway. I had so much fun with that.

Every time I picture the surprised look my Dad must have had on his face when she swore at him, I start laughing to myself all over again. My mom was laughing so hard, she could barely tell it. Dumb and dumber.

That is priceless. How funny. I have a funny story like that. This was years ago when I was married to my Ex-husband named Mike. We lived with my parents at the time along with my Granny and my 1 1/2 yr. old son. She grew up in the south and had a strong accent. She was about 80 something years old and still going strong, but didn't hear very well and was a little bit forgetful.
One day my ex, who was out called the house for me. Granny anwered the phone. He said, " Hello Granny, is Wendy there?" She responded, "Who Is This?" in her thick southern accent and very nastily. He said, "It's me Granny, Mike." She responds, "Mike Who?" He responds,"Mike, your son in law, you know I'm married to Wendy and we live there with you." Her response,"Wendy's married?" (LMAO again remembering that story.)

At least they are not bored with one another and that is a good thing. lol.
