You, as always, are too pretty. Stop eating the holiday sweets, they are attacking your skin. My mom made me pose w/ my neice, so I know how it is. I was wearing a yucky shirt and pants and need my hair dyed. Can't pick your relatives. Mom cut my hair for me, though, and that was cool.
I've heard enough about my skin in the past, I would appreciate it if no one would say anything, I don't like it so hush. I don't eat sweets very often and there's nothing else that can be done. I'm 18, it happens to everyone in their life.
Heff I'm glad you said it because I was going to. Just what every person wants pointed out when posting a pic of themselves. Like you don't already know. I am almost 29 yrs old and I still get acne. Oh well Oh and I don't eat sweets either. Even if ya did a dermatologist will tell you it's not about eating sweets anyway.
Does Chocolate Cause Acne?
Eating chocolate does not cause acne. The only way for chocolate to cause acne would be to rub chocolate on the skin until it clogs the pores, causing a mechanical blockage of the pore openings. Then you could legitimately say that chocolate causes acne. Some studies in the past indicated perhaps that excess amounts of some iodine-containing foods, such as shellfish, could influence the severity of acne. This has been questioned by a number of other recent studies. Our recommendation is to eat, drink and be merry in moderation. Until these studies prove us wrong, we cannot say that chocolate causes acne.
Does Stress Cause Acne?
Stress is not one of the causes of acne per se. Stress does stimulate our body enzyme and immune systems to cause a stimulation of the oil glands. It has been proven that lowering stress levels certainly can help to decrease oil production, and thus decrease the symptoms of acne.
Do Fried Foods Cause Acne?
Fried foods have not shown to be related to the causes of acne. In fact, there arenít any specific foods that cause acne.
Of course, skin health is directly related to a well balanced diet, adequate rest and general personal cleanliness. Many people have told me that a good order of tasty french fries properly cooked seemed to lower their stress level.
yeah it was uncalled for. I don't like it. It hasn't been pointed out in like 2 years and it hurts my feelings. Type Acne in the google image thingy and look at real acne. Pimples as big as quarters, it's really sad. =( Mine is very minor anyways. I don't want it pointed out, I think if I got a pimple, I'd be the first to know so anytime I post something and you don't like it or something, don't reply, you'll just get bashed. I think I look pretty decent, even if I have a zit in my chin! Plus, I am PMSing and I normally break out around that time, just FYI. Thanks, and have a nice day.

Heff, granted it is not a thing to say to a teenager. I am a lot older than you are, but still remember teenage days. They are bad enough sometimes without hearing anything. Look at this way, at least you showed your picture on the forum. Not many have. Believe me you have nothing to worry about. You are a beautiful girl. Quite frankly I would not have noticed the zit on your chin, had it not been mentioned. I have seen other pictures of you and never saw a zit on you. You are right, they come and go and you certainly are not the only person to have a zit. Be OK with yourself, that is all you need.
No one else has complained so, all is fine! My boyfriend said if that's all I worried about, then I'm stupid. HA! I don't worry too much, just at times and I HATE it being pointed out. I'm very sensitive.
I apologise. I guess it's not funny at all (which is how I meant it and now it is hard to type w/ both feet stuffed in my mouth). I just had a 2 year stint with adult acne. I never had it when I was young. I had such bad red raised blotches that I had to take time off work, and spend $100's at the doctors. I was a real screaming nightmare to look at. It was so bad that it often went to boils... Again, I'm sorry, I did not mean it that way. I can sure understand what you are saying that when people make little comments like that, it is hurtful. I did not notice it in any of your other photos, and so I stupidly thought it was just this week. I can relate it to what I went through, and well, I'm ashamed I commented on it. I had a fever and severe bronchitus this fall. I took strong antibiotics for 3 weeks. My skin has been good for the 1st time in 2 years, the last 3 monthes. Yogurt and lack of anything that was sweet, helped the last 2 years, but yes it was bacterial, and frustrating. And embarrassing.
Yeah, trust me, you are beautiful. Take advantage of that. Do not let anyone take advantage of you. Do not EVER take drugs, they age you incredibly. They are what weak, unworthy people use to get access/control of you. There, was that a better Mom speech? (But, it is true. Be healthy).
Heff, I kept waiting for Kitty to come on and respond. I knew she was not trying to hurt your feelings. There is that Internet thing again, where you can't look into a person eyes to see the emotion that comes with the words. You have nothing to worry about, as far as looks go.
