hey there Kitty's mom, saw your name up there. it's late! hope you had a prosperous night at work. i wanted to ask you this as i know you are knowledgeable, and it's obviously too late to call the vet. i just noticed that my 3 month old pup has a huge lump where she received her third booster. it's been a week, and i just noticed it tonight. it feels real hard, but she doesn't wince when i touch it. i'm very worried, is this normal?

bessie some animals develop lumps where they get vaccinated. it is normal. keep an eye on it . it should disapear in another week or so. very rarely one of these lumps will turn in to a mass. just watch it. next time your pup gets a shot ask the vet to massage the area where it was given. that will prevent a lump from developing.
