well i am the proud owner of a keechow. he is too smart for anyones own good, he can leap 4 foot fences in a single bound , he's faster then a speeding bullet, just ask my husbamd who has to chase him around the neighborhood periodically. only 1 problem with him. he sheds. now what to do about that ?
Yep and I am the proud owner of Buster my Shardane. He is 37" tall and weighs a whopping 138lbs. His tail is curled but when he wags it...stay clear it is deadly. He is the sweetest and most lovable dog you could ever met. His only problem is that he is super destructive....I wonder which side that comes from, The Shar-pei or the Great Dane?
Yes, isn't this stuff crazy. What makes me laugh the most is people who don't want a dogs to shed. What is this world coming to. I have never thought of sheding. I could care less. How sad of people to be so silly as to say that. I never look at a dog like that. Do you shed? Oh, you bad dog.
Isn't there only one dog out there that doesn't shed? Hairless chee. Poor guy must be cold. :)
I beg to differ... my poodles do not shed and I have heard that schnauzers do not either. What in the world is wrong with not wanting a dog that doesn't shed? My DH hates the shedding and it just makes it much easier.... for the life of me, I can't figure out what is so wrong with that??
*quoting* " I agree. I have 2 full blood dogs with no papers. I don't see the point unless you breed... maybe I'm wrong."
I have a purebred rottweiler and boxer and they both have papers and I am not a breeder. I choose to purchase dogs with papers - why do people choose to get a designer breeds?
I purchase dogs with papers because I want to know their history/background of their ancestors. Rottweilers get a bad rap because of irresponsible owners and irresponsible breeders. I am neither of them. I want to know about my dogs.
