I've only been in here a week and I notice that there are alot of anit-byb and millers in here. So I'm here to ask who is who in here?? ARe you a byb?? ARe you a puppie miller?? Or are you a bonified honest to good-nest professional breeder??? Or are you just a plain dog lover who doesn't breed???
A puppy mill owner isn't going to admit it, and most byb don't think that they are byb. They think that breeding their dog cause they want another one isn't a form of byb. And some of the byb I've been to that don't do health testing think they are high class breeders...
To answer the question though, I love my dog and want to foster rescues in future. That's why I am here.
Strange question...not seeing the point of it..........
I am not a breeder...just love my dogs.....But i have been thinking about breeding my french bulldog and basset hound together to makes some French Bullsets. I have heard you can sell them for $600!!!! I heard you can get them CKC registered!
odd question coming from an odd guy like me... hehehehehe As for me.. i think i will be a breeder when I win the Texas Lottory.. cus breeding dogs cost money...hehehhehhe I want to breed dog that is so beautiful in everyway and then take it back to my country and introduce it to my people. But I have to watch out for my neighbors they might think its food or something...
I am from NY...the only New Yorker in this forum as far as I know. I became a membera couple of weeks ago because I love dogs and everything related to dogs. I am also getting my first pup in a few months and the people on this forum have become my mentors.
First off I saw the pictures of your dogs, they are beautiful. I also lived in Houston, TX untile we sold our business and moved to a farm in another state. We now live in God's country raising sheep, goats, pigs, ducks chickens ets. So I guess you could say I am a farmer although we do own four dogs, and four cats.
This will probably be my last post on this site becuase I feel since everyone else is "City" I just am very uncomfortable here. It seems like when I do offer a suggestion to someone there is always a negative comment added. When I ask a question very few people help and yet the same question can be asked later in the day and/or week and everybody jumps in.
I do want to say I did appreciate the help with Whatever but it seems since the time I mentioned being a farmer I no longer fit in.
Will look for a forum that accepts everybody not just Yuppies....Thanks for all of your time....
I'm not a puppy miller, a byb, or a breeder of any sort. I have my dogs just for the plain purpose of being a companion. I totally disagree with mills, and byb's and would do just about anything to stop it. I honestly don't think that if we do have any byb or millers in here that they're going to admit it
eieio, what's up? I haven't seen anything bad toward you? Come on, don't leave. I share a lot of your same thoughts. I like it when there are different people with different opinions. We can all learn from each other. This would be a very dull place if everyone was the same. There are a lot of things I don't agree with on here and a lot I do, I still like the people I don't agree with, I can't not like somebody just because I don't agree with them. So buck up and stay here! Please don't go!
ps, I am a byb, puppy miller and my house is full of dogs! I have them registered under every registery there is except akc and if you get a sick dog from me your outta luck! But...I have 50 others I'll sell ya to replace it. My starting prices are 1200 and if you want a healthy one it'll be 2000 but I'll have to find it first, hmmm, I think it might be under the pile of puppies in my son's room.
Okay....you caught me. I'm a mass breeder. I actually have like 200 dogs. Right now my Chihuahua is pregnant with my Yellow Lab's puppies. I'm thinking of starting a new breed. lol
I'm kidding of course =P I don't breed. I don't know how. I would like to show and breed Chihuahuas someday, when I can find a good mentor and learn the ropes. But for now, I just have my Yellow Lab mix that I rescued from a shelter, my Chihuahua I got for Christmas, my cat, turtle and snake. I found this site when I was googling potty training tips for Hunter (my lab) and got hooked :)
