This topic would fall under forum related. This is, after all, a discussion forum, so we are discussing.

Don't be ashamed of who you are, post under your real name.

Tell us about your pets "inallfairness". How many dogs do you have? Breeds? Anything else pet related that you wanted to share or are you just here to represent (as you say) "tons of people"?

well....this certianly changes things for me lol

I used my real name for my screenname because I seriously lack creativity. I was recently thinking about changing it because it sounds so lame. Now I guess I wont.

If I did, it would proably be along the lines of twinkletoes or something equally lame anyways.

It's just me, Huntersmom. I have nothing to hide. And if there is something I disagree with, I try really hard to be mature about it. I will ask questions rather than name call or whatnot.

I don't think I could ever pick someone out and 'bash' them personally. So if someone could ever possibly make me mad enough to want to, I would want to take credit for it, lol. Because it is REALLY hard to make me mad. So I have no reason to have different names.

Plus, I know all the members on here and like all ya'll, so wouldn't want to confuse ya :)

Didnt you ask this same question of Soy...or another alis...thats it...the TV program...they are living their life like it were tv...so silly...I just wish it would stop...and i bet the "tons" of people that they spoke of...dont spend as much time dredging up crap as this one person does...no one else seems to care...They are either more mature or actually HAVE a life...

Taking a break from the seriousness for a minute, I am also a member of a forum for a group of punk rock bands called The COS (Confederacy of Scum). That's not the name of the forum BTW but is the group of bands that the forum is about. There's lots of swearing and sometimes nudie pics-- there's this one "hot chicks" thread that's hundreds of pages long. And talk of wrestling and punk rock shows, anyway, you get the picture. A bunch of people on there I actually know in person...

Well, I used my same username over there and it was pretty funny because people didn't relate shinyblackpit to dogs, that board having nothing to do with dogs. I got all kinds of interesting guesses about what it might mean!;-)
It's not so funny now that I wrote it down, maybe you just had to be there...

lol...had to laugh at that Shiny...I was into Punk rock in the begining of it...In 1976 to 80 I think..The formative years of a youths life...lol...ALL the safety pins and broken glass...those were the good ol days...lol...Our claim to fame at the time was a all chick group...Led by my friend who i dubbed Zeon...she later legally changed it to Zeon Stooge...she was a real Iggy Pop Lover and had a tatoo on her upper am with it written in drippy blood letters...I knew she had gone too far then...Our band was suposed to be called Neighborhood threat...borrowed from Iggy of corse...But we crashed and burned...I have no talent what so ever and I was on base if you can imagine...we stunk...but...at the time they didnt expect more...And with all the "controled substances" any one can be tollerable...The whole midwest scene faded out after a while and then only a few new comers remain...No it is ok to be different...to let your freak flag fly so to speak...

Any way...this isnt about pets or forums so i better stop or Ill get chastised for it by another one post wonder...

I as said this was done in angery for being banned for no reason. I would not have done it if my banning had be justified. I was reall pissed, and we ALL do stupid things when pissed.

Dallasgoldens, actually, you were being complimented on your honesty and frankness.
You've been nothing but helpful and interesting in the posts I've seen since your return.

And yes, this IS forum related. It's also interesting to see how some people react to the question ~ with more than a little hostility?????

TP is a wonderful place to share and I enjoy (for the largest part) my fellow posters. I support the mods (NOT a job I would want) and think it's interesting to ask each other questions and opinions every now and then.

For the "old timers"..."Do you think dogs can see ghosts"????

NO! don't answer! That was ONE hot button topic and brought out the absolute worst in some, forcing them to adopt a different identy every 3 minutes or so, to add new posts!

Huron, I am familiar with Iggy and the Stooges! I love old school punk, have no use for the bands that the baggy-big-legged-pants-wearing kids call punk today. They wouldn't know what I was talking about if I told them how bad it stunk that my parents wouldn't allow me to go see the Circle Jerks on their last tour before they broke up (I was 14). And they call themselves punk. LOL

Oh, and I'm glad you guys "got it" about their guesses for my screenname!LOL After I wrote it I wasn't sure anybody would get the humor. Now I know better than to underestimate the gutter minds of TP members! :-)

i don't know how banning works after we do it, ADMIN people take care of it, if it's by username or IP.
but yes people really work to get back here to bug us, and they get back in, till we swat them. then some work some more yet again. one has been working since dec. or jan., whenever the banning happened!
