Even if you are real, all you are going to get is posts telling you off. You aren't going to get that type of advice here. People who love animals don't make them agressive. Pets are part of our families.
I agree, an alarm system is good. You can also purchase a gun and practice using it at a shooting range. Pit bulls are not a guarding breed anyway. They have been bred for many years to be human friendly, as in the days of dog fighting, no handler would want to be in the ring with a dog that would bite them. They are not a guarding breed at all. Often times the pit bulls that rescues end up with have been abused and dropped off to die because no matter when was done to them, they still were not aggressive.
Given the reason that you got this dog, I suggest you find a loving home for him, a family who wants a companion and friend, and not a living weapon. If you don't know anyone, maybe the person you got the dog from will take him back.
Maybe you don't realize, but when people get a pit bull and try to make it aggressive, and then it bites the cable guy or the mailman, it counteracts the work that many of us do in fighting bans on the breed. People like me who socialize, train, and love their animals and make a special effort to get them out there meeting people and showing people what big sweeties they are.

I deal with dogs that sre trained for protection. this is not something for the faint of heart. the dog will require constant daily training. a protection trained dog is what i think you are trying for. and i am not quite sure you know all the in's and out's of it. the commintment you would have to make to this dog would be a life altering thing. the dog would need certain handling that is far to complex to explain over the net, (nor would i be a resposible adult if i gave it) just because you have a dog, even one known for being good at this kind of work does not mean the dog will even do it. about 10% of the dog pop has the "right stuff" for this kind of thing. and sorry to break it to you, aggression is not on the list. i really suggest at look at your motives for this. the word you pops up to many times. you have insecurities you want the dog to protect. hit the gym, take martial arts, but leave the dog out of it.
Why in the world would you want to make your puppy mean???????? I agree with everyone else here, give the dog to someone that has some sense and get yourself an alarm system. Peopl who love animals don't abuse them by making them mean. Any fool would know that. If you wanted a security dog, then you should have common sense enough to not get a puppy anyways, those dogs go through years of training and stuff. I swear some people.....
