I live in Russia. Frequently I look your forums. I understand many problems which are at puppies and dogs (from the different countries). Why to not buy puppies in Russia. There are different people. Many people very much love the puppies and dogs. Both many selectors поррядочные and fair people. Frequently deal with sellers, brokers. It is necessary to deal at once with the selector. The responsible(crucial) person always will tell the truth (genetic diseases, allergies of the puppy and parents, problems with health of the puppy). It is not necessary to be afraid to buy, if it is pleasant to you.
If the person wants to be deceived, it(him) deceives.
I do not understand, why you become angry. People of many countries quietly communicate. You offer to be locked in one room and to not have an exchange of ideas with other people??? It is bad. You are afraid of something?
Sorry, but we have no way to enforce guarantees, be sure that the dogs are coming from sound parents, there is no way to check creditability of referrences etc. Many times dogs are imported here with shipping at a much lower cost than they are here. As a breeder, I know the actual costs involved and there is no way a breeder is being able to place puppies at that price without cutting corners. There just have been too many scams from out of the country. Not to say we don't have our share here, but have a better chance at solving or getting money back here if needed.
The regulations on vaccinations are different as well as the strains of the diseases as well as different ones. We have no assurances that the puppies or dogs coming will be safely vaccinated or that the vet standards are close.
Yes, there are safe ways to buy oversees, but 99% of pet owners are not about to board a plane, do the research, attend oversees shows, etc to buy a pet. I can see a breeder making the investment to find a sound and reputable breeder oversees, but it is just not practical or safe for most pet owners.
I agree with you. It is possible to buy the bad or ill puppy in any country. Quality of the puppy depends on the selector. How many it(he) has enclosed in the puppies of works and knowledge. Whether correctly it(he) has prepared the girl for mate and the future puppies. I am engaged in cultivation of dogs more than 8 years. I had victories and defeats. But it is the information which should be used correctly. It is necessary to do(make) the business fairly and decently(considerably). Then there will be no problems with other people. Puppies healthy and accomplished(perfect). It is not necessary TO SAVE on health of the puppy. The cheap puppy can not be good. Cost should correspond(meet) to quality. I shall not believe, that it is possible to buy the good qualitative puppy (french bulldog) from Russia for 700-900 $ (all inclusive). The good puppy can not cost so a little. Be close(attentive). Good luck to everyone who wants to have the new friend.
i have two french bulldogs. one from a kennel in missouri and one froma kennel in russia. i still keep in contact with the russian breeder and have a healthy puppy. the american breeder wont answer my emails OR return my calls. so it has NOTHING to do with the country and EVERYTHING to do with the breeder
I hope, what you have the good puppy from Russia? I also have 4 French bulldogs in мом the house. I am happy to have ихз. This breed is fine. Some my puppies live in America. You can see them here
These people happy. Puppies have the fine house and family. I also am glad, that all my kids have fine family. I have dialogue with many of them. I like to receive their letters. We are pleased all together.

they are both healthy pups. its just that i have questions about my males parents and have asked several times for info and not recieved replies. this is from the american breeder. my female came from russia and she answers all my email and i keep in contact with her and have even called her and spoke on the phone. here is my babies. anastasia is from russia and rocky is from united states
That's true about bad breeders in every country, as well as every registry. Some just have bad public relations too and that just stinks! However, without a world wide health standard, a health certificate to come oversees is just not enough in my opinion. It's just too risky to import another dog that possibly has something that is contained there, but may cause a problem here with other pets, etc. I'm sure you take pride in what you do, but I do see the lack of a worldwide health standard a problem that may never be solved and not something for everyone to take lightly. I know this is just a language difference, and I do understand what you mean, but 'cultivating puppies' is not really a politically correct term to use and some may jump all over you for it. Maybe something along the lines of simply 'breeding' or "raising puppies' would be a little better.
Thank for the good relation and understanding. I frequently meet many bad words on different forums about dogs. People learn(find out), that I from Russia. Also do not want to have dialogue absolutely.
And here my dogs
I adore my dogs. I also love all my puppies.
It is very difficult to have the identical standard of health. But if to try and do(make) all it is correct, problems will not be. I know, that many try to save, and feed with very cheap meal. The puppy will not have any health. It is necessary to have the good human attitude(relation) to dogs then all will be good. And all will turn out.
We admit(allow) the puppy was ill, it(he) should not be sent. It(he) should be treated. But many send. I read with horror.... " I for 1 year have sent 300 puppies, from them alive 50 % "....... IT IS AWFUL.... I can not understand it..... I would kill these people herself. But I shall be is in prison, and bad people I shall send puppies further.

just wanted to ad that it is not that easy to find french bulldog breeders . so many are actually brokers ( importers ) hidden behind fancy websites. we looked a very long time before we found rocky. the black masked reds are very hard to come by. and usually the breeders that have them actually imported them . and they buy them from foreign countries and sell them for double and triple the price. the puppies are not coming here sick. they are catching distemper and parvo, etc. when they land in the hands of these importers. keatons kennel is a prime example. russia has a very strict health policy and they are one of the few countries recognized by the akc. i would ALWAYS prefer to buy directly from the breeder and not an importer. no matter what country i am buying the puppy from.
I'm sure they do have a strict health policy, but there is no governing body that handles all of the worldwide vaccines, vets and regulations for this. It is just so easy to bring in a new strain of an existing disease or a new disease without even knowing it. Just puts other pets at risk too. I know imports can be done correctly and safely, but it is much more hassle than the average pet owner will want, no matter how much they want the dog. I too, do not approve of brokers handling imports and passing them off as their own to make a profit-I think it's sick! I've seen a few of my breeds imported and resold and the dogs were terrible! I couldn't believe the broker was asking what I was for them. If I ever imported, it would only be from a breeder.
It is correct opinion. I also bought to myself the puppy from the selector. Also now I search for the new puppy in Europe. It is very difficult to make the choice. In Russia many the French bulldogs from America. There are good dogs, and there are genetically patients. But it is a problem of the seller and the buyer.
If in one place brokers hold more than 30 puppies. That there can not be healthy puppies. It is impossible to serve completely each puppy. Illness goes from the puppy to the puppy. And also gets in other countries. Many puppies are not sick, and carry illness and transfer other puppy.
The severe policy(politics) is at the selector at whom you have bought the puppy. In Russia (as well everywhere) there are different doctors. There are responsible(crucial) doctors, and is bad. Nothing it is necessary to them. They can not distinguish a poisoning from epilepsy. The similar example was also in America at the puppy. The puppy has poisoned with chemicals on a lawn (processing of a grass and a lawn), and the veterinary has diagnosed epilepsy. Long treated, but medicines did not help. The puppy has almost died. But owners забралаи it(him) from clinic, потоиу that were finished money. They the puppy began to treat houses. The puppy in 2 days had cheerful mood, and soon started to eat. Now with it(him) all is good. Such there are doctors everywhere....
all i can bring it down to is. there are good and bad in all countries. i got a good puppy from the american breeders, but they dont want to have anymore contact after we have him. that ,in my opinion is not how a good breeder does. they should be there for you even after you have the puppy to help with any questions you might have. i also have a good puppy from my russian breeder and she has answered my questions anytime i have asked. and she keeps in contact with me as to how annie is doing and i send her pictures. we are considering buying another one a little later on and if we do we would not have any problems buying from tatiana . she has proven to me to be more honest and more caring than the american breeder, which i have been told by others, AFTER we had already bought rocky ,that they are brokers. so we were VERY lucky that we got a healthy puppy from them and that he was even the same dog we got pictures of !

Yeah it really sounds like you are trying to advertise your puppies which isn't allowed. I can't find the link, but there are HUGE scans coming from the former USSR. Particularly in the expensive English and French bulldogs. People stealing other peoples photos and selling puppies that aren't what they say they are. Completely different pups arrive than what you paid for OFTEN ill. They are purhcased from anybody with a bitch and sold threw a broker who says they are their pups handled every day. They have terrible 'puppymill conditions'. Some aren't even fed dog food, but spoiled meat leftovers from butcher shops. Thats not even getting in to the quality and bloodlines that are 'misrepresented'. Papers CAN also be difficult to obtain and often the seller cannot guarantee that the papers transfer to AKC. They often suck people in by offering TERRIBLY low prices compaired to reputable breeders in our country. You get what you pay for. Warning sites are ALL over the internet in regards to those two breeds, and people getting ripped off and having pups die of terrible disease and parasites. Be WARNED!!
To me it is not clear, you want to have the cheap good puppy??? You enable to deceive you. Free-of-charge cheese, only in a mousetrap. WHAT FOR YOU BUY the CHEAP PUPPY???? You beforehand know, that you deceive, and do(make) IT. I think, that it is a problem in people which buy similar puppies. Awfully low prices can not be. My puppies expensive(dear), buy my puppies. And all my buyers are glad to have my puppy. And I am glad to this.
alicat. do you own french bulldogs ? have you ever bought a french bulldog from russia ? go back and read post # 11 . i have two frenchies .one from here and one from russia. and have studied the breed and breeders for over a year before buying my first one. and it was from a missouri kennel . that even in all my research turned out to be a broker. and i have talked to several other frenchie owners on a couple of french bulldog forums. the ones that got straight deals are the ones that bought directly from the russian breeder. the ones that got lied to and had trouble with paperwork are the ones that bought right here in the good ole usa. from so called breeders with fancy websites that ended up being nothing more than import brokers.
and if you want to advertise the BE WARNED ,then direct it at the thousands of irresponsible so called breeder/brokers that make up the majority of the puppymill/scammers which reside primarily in...........AMERICA !
Didn't read any responses. I'm a market farmer. The best varieties of tomatoes in the world come from the former Soviet Republics and Russia. Sorry off topic, but awesome tomatoes. My dogs have guarded my tomatoes...that canine related??
