When Cody goes out in the morning and there is dew on the ground he comes back in with grass stains on his paws and beard. How do you keep your white friend nice and white like when they come back from the groomer? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
I really like Chris Christenson's White on White shampoo. I get mine from sitstay.com. The one thing I don't like about it is if I use it every bath (weekly) it tends to leave a purple cast to the hair so I use it every other time (or just on the stained parts). The other product I LOVE and cannot do without is Eqyss Premier Shampoo & Cloud 9 Conditioner. The Eqyss whitens the coat without any of the bluing, bleach, etc. and it smells so good, not fruity or perfumey, just a very clean scent.
my eskies are self cleaning. so, if they are really muddy or gross. we go down the basement, ro they take a rest in their crates, till the mud dries adn i can swat it off. if they are too gross for that, they they get hosed off in the laundry tub adb are white again. they only get baths 1) every 2 mos, 2) when they roll in something so gross i cant stand the stench adn baking soda doesnt take it away, or 3) when they turn orange/yellow from rolling in mud, clay, adn already-mentioned dead stuff.
usually our times when they are going to get really gross are at the park, adn it's a 10 min drive. by the time they get home they are dry and clean again. so is my car...but the car crates are a mess....
oops! forgot- i now have some groomers whitening shampoo i got at dog.com, its ok. but i love the 8 in 1 white pearl from petsmart. i love the smell and it makes them sparkle. at one bath every 2+ mos, a bottle goes a long way!!!
