Well, an animal won't let itself starve, so she'll eat when she's hungry enough. On a side note, have you checked her teeth lately? It's possible she has a bad tooth and it hurts her to eat dry. Just a thought...
Ok, so you're saying that the adult tooth came in before the baby tooth fell out, and that both teeth were in the same socket, right? How long has your dog not wanted to eat dry? A few days, or longer?
A couple of months? I don't think she would go a couple of months without eating. Do you keep giving in and give her canned food? I think what was meant by the previous question was how many days did she not eat before you gave in and fed her canned food?
Will she eat dog treats , such as hard bones or the like?
When she gets hungry enough, she will eat the dry food. It may take more than a day or two, but she won't starve herself. Eventually, when she realizes , you aren't going to give in and give her canned , food, she will eat the dry stuff.
As for the tooh problem you mention, you should take her to the vet and he or she can help.

Kiba once went about 2 weeks without eating when she was 3-4 months old. So of course I caved in and gave her something "good" on her food. Now thats the only way she'll eat it or go another week without eating.
Yet when she's at her cousins house she'll eat their food and if I bring it home with me she wont eat it. I think its me and/or "have to eat before the others get it". Weird little doggie she is.
