it's pretty sad around here. our gerbils died over the last couple months. we lost one parakeet saturday night, and i took my cat into the vet today and he has a large pancreatic tumor, probably cancer, and probably won't be around a lot longer. he's 15 years and has been with me through thick and thin. hasn't been doing so well lately so i took him in. it's comfort care now. sometimes he seems okay but then later he'll just be not doing well. :(_ _ _(tears)
my heart goes out to you and your family. it is never easy losing a pet, especially one whos been part of your life for as long as your cat has. my boss lost his cat this weekend. he had a barn fire. the cat must have been sleeping so soundly that he never heard or smelled anything. smoke inhalation is what did it to him. he was able to save his horses though. he never even thought about the cat because the barn is open so the cat couldn't have been trapped inside in any way. :-(
oh gosh your not having a good time right now are you. I am very sorry about your gerbils and parakeet, I am also cery sad about your cat, make his/her last days very happy ones. my heart goes to your family WelshPuppy XxXxXxXxXxXx :()_______0(puddle of tears)
I lost my wonderful cat Mori a few years ago and still to this day am not over it. Iloved that fat cat. I sure hope your cat is ok. I found that a book called cat heaven helped me...Cynthia Rylant is the author. I'll keep you in my prayers.
cynthia rylant....she wrote the "henry and Mudge" books. last week i had to have our cat put to sleep; he just couldn't eat much anymore and he was losing more weight; i didn't want him to starve. so, i know it was the right thing to do, but it's not easy! thanks....
