It seems that Merrick's has a promo going on though 8-1-05 at pet stores that carry their dry food. Purchase a 30lb bag of food and get a case of cans free (12 cans) a 20.00 value. The 30lb bag was 37.68 a far cry from the 62.00 listed on the Merrick's website.
My baby is coming in from South Dakota on Thursday, all 37lbs of him. He is a Saint Bernard.
Just thought I would pass on the information. I live in Michigan and found this deal at Pet Suppy Plus.
I picked the case of Wingaling. Mmmmmmm W I N G A L I N G.

I live in Michigan (a Southeast metro area), and have to order Merrick Stews on-line because I can't find anyone locally that sells it. Did you say you got it at Pet Supplies Plus? Cause my 3 local PSP stores don't carry it. I end up having to pay high shipping charges to buy at an on-line store (the cans weigh so much). Unfortunately, I can't take advantage of their 30 lb. bag offer because I have a tiny Yorkie that will only eat Royal Canin, but she loves the canned Merrick Stews. Yeah --- Wingalings!
Puppster, you might try just ordering the cans directly from Merrick. They charge a bit more per can, but that's because they don't have shipping charges. Worth looking into anyway to see if you can save a few cents by buying directly from Merrick.
Wow, Mooshu, THANKS! I'll give'em a call and send hubby down to get'em. By the way, do you know a good Yorkie breeder with teenies in our area? I'm in Shelby Township, close to Utica and Sterling Heights, almost bought one this week out-of-state, but so far it's not looking too good.
Crestiemom: Yep, Merrick's on-line store is cheaper with the "free shipping", which basically rolls the shipping cost into the price per can. I shop at SitStay.com cause they have some other brands I wanted to try, along with "goodies" and "treats" for my almost-toothless 14 1/2 yr.old. Lhasa Apso. They also have 10% off every Tuesday that covers about 75% of the shipping charge, but every penny counts, right?
