My 9 1/2 week old Yorkie pup gets mad when I try to correct her. We have all but eliminated the biting of fingers and toes, but when she gets mad she snaps for my face. I don't feels like she is playing at all. What should I do. I don't want a Kujo puppy! PLEASE HELP!
i am sorry explainy the dog gets mad from a correction. what is the correction. at 9.5 weeks it would be scary if the dog had handler aggression. i am going to assume the dog is not getting mad but thinks you are playing. I would yelp or go owww when the dog bites this how bite inhibition is learned. I doubt your dog will be kujo. LOL

Thanks to all for the advice. I think that it may be a dominace issue. It mostly happens when I am trying to stop her from doing something she wants to do - like go under the bed. I will let you all know how the advice is working. She is incredibly smart to be so young. She has alot of attitude, but so do I and I refuse to let her win.
When she nips at you, do you let go? If you are then the nipping is working, and she will do it again, because its working. Instead of grabbing for her, I would keep a leash on her, block off all rooms, so she can't escape you. Start with obedience training. And make her work for everything. Otherwise you need to ignore any demands she may have for affection or any kind of interaction. Do not free feed this little dog. Before she gets her meal, make her sit. Put the food down, if she walks away, put the food away till later. Keep doing that till she eats. If the food is out all the time the food is comeing from the floor and not you. So she doesn't need you if you are not the leader, and the leader is in control of attention, affection and food.Ignore her unless you want her to do something, or give something to her. As the leader you are in control of when these interactions start and finish. If she paws at you and you repond, shes in control. In a dominant dog this all matters more than if the dogs personality is more submissive. I wish you luck....
Where can I find more information on this Alpha/Dominant dog stuff? I have tried flipping her on her belly and she doesn't resist or growl. I hold her in the air and look her in the eye and say no - she doesn't resist. It occurs when we are playing and she doe it to my husband too. She runs up my chest and nips. I here her teeth click and it's pissing me off. I guess I stressed out. This is my first dog and I am feeling very overwhlemed.
I sugest telling you puppy instead of no say OW very load and stop playing with him/her ignore him/her for 5min than play again and keep doing it dogs love to please and play so you take the atention away after saying ow she/he might get the point and let everyone else in your family to do the same
