My father works at an autoparts store and one of his best buddies has a son who is a police officer.
Anyhow he went down to LA to help with all the confusion and when he returned last week, first off he has pictures of dead animals that they posed made to be funny. Like a dead cat with a beer bottle and a cigarette was one picture my father was shown.
The guy also stole a bunch of kevlar helmets because everytime a person in the army would take their helmet off and walk away, he would pick them up. He has about seven of them.
This guy is a Balitmore police officer on the swat team, nice huh?

The theft of army kevlar helmets is a Federal offense. It's called theft of Government property. Maybe someone should report the idiot to the Army. It sounds like seven members of the U.S. Army probably got in trouble for losing their helmets and haven't a clue what really happened to them.
That's awful. Do you know the person's name? You can and should report them. You can report them to the Baltimore Police Department or directly to the Army.
Go to www.army.mil then click on the drop down list on the left side of the page. Select Army Public Affairs. Scroll down the page and click public affairs contacts also on the right side of the page. Enter your state and it should direct you to contact information that you report this travesty to.
