I found something on my Lab Winnie. Its under her nose to the side, its a bump/bubble and it bleeds but doesnt gush blood or drip blood it just has fresh blood on it and it looks solid. What could this be. Someone on another forum mentioned a dog pimple, but i have never seen one and dont know what they look like. Here are 4 pics i took of it... http://i22.photobucket.com/albums/b348/SydneyLana/Winniessore002.jpg
I would have a vet check it out. It could be a little benign tumor. Older dogs get them quite often. Usually they just remove them. It may be bleeding because she's rubbed it or hit her nose on something that made it bleed. This is just a guess. Its hard to see in the pictures. Take her to the vet and let us know what he says! :) I'll be curious to find out.
It looks like an ulcer, thats probly been irritated by constant licking and rubbing his nose area. The picture is poor, but some of the hair around the lip area looks thin which would suggest constant rubbing. The best thing to do is have it removed, it will be a tricky place to have a small incision, but it may itch less.

Have it removed, its a difficult place for a removal but it may stop the itchyness. Never mind it did show up, above...My computer sucks today........
