rogue is a bit afraid of riding in the car. After a going potty outside I think it is a wonderful idea to let her ride in the car when I take my son to school. She lays her head on my lap the whole way there. My son exits the car and she starts whining. She continues to whine then vomits all over my car. (thank god it is leather and cleans easy) Then, she pees on the seat. Then, she poops on the seat. Finally, she pees on me. I would have pulled over but I had all the other kids in the car and was trapped on a 4 lane road behind an accident. What a day. I don't think she will go on any more joy rides any time soon.
I have a Cadillas Fleetwood. The largest passenger car mass produced that I am aware of. With me and all my kids there is no room for the crate. :-( I am hoping to upgrade to a van, but the car was a gift so I don't want to seem ungrateful.
My dog use to always ride/stand on the armrest between the two front seats, every time I hit the brakes Jagger would go flying forward. I got a Back Seat Barrier from an online store and it was a great solution for my sedan (2004 Saab).
