My sister has a litter of weimaraner/rottie pups she is trying to find homes for. They were left with her by a room mate who has moved and could not take them or the parents with her. She has agreed to find them good loving homes and asked for my help. I told her I would put the word out and any left I will be taking, no way I can let these cute little guys end up in a shelter!
Put some fliers up at veterinary offices. If you know some dog trainers give them word you have pups looking for homes. Riley's trainer is always helping to rehome dogs. Just no "free" ads in the newspaper. If you do put them in the newspaper, put a $100 dollar fee or something. No "free to good home".
Thats a good idea. I am going to help pay for their shots and worming so I want to charge a small fee 50-100 for their adoption. I also want to make sure the homes they go to are with families who don't mind me checking in once and awhile to be sure their new homes are working out.
