Why is it so hard for some people to believe that there may be some wonderful people out there that just want to breed two different breeds together to make one new one? They always need to put these breeders down. This is the same person who said they would rather kill their own litter of puppies than ever sell a puppy to a pet store. How does that sound normal????
i can not picture a jack russell mixed with a pug. i cant imagine what that would even look like. now puggles are cute. i think acey has the cutest one that i have ever seen. and a bug may be cute. but a jack russell has a whole different look than a pug. i would have to see some pictures of jugs. cant picture that mix at all.
Dusty-we had a Chug come in the shelter the toher day,he was 9 months old.He was the perfect lil guy and so adorable. he looked like a mini black frenchie. He had the big ears, smashed face, big eyes and was built like a frenchie. He was so adorable,he only weighed about 10lbs maybe.

first of all .. 'puggles shed like crazy , just like a pugg, and Buggs are waaaay better , its a boston/ pug mix,, and for those of you saying that mixed breeders should be shot,, how do YOU think they got the pedigree breeds that they have today ???
also,,,,, do you know that Labordor retrievers are a cross between a New Findland and a mutt ?? they got the name from the " sea of laborador" and doberman pinchers are a cross from a Rottweiler and a terrier,, so there , take that ! do some home work
I have one of the best of breed Buggs on the planet, and I just bought a female that I will breed with him , but not till she's 18 months or older. If you are really into hybrid dogs you must know that a TRUE 'BUGG' has to be with the father as a Boston and the mother as a Pugg,
Ok...if the father has to be a boston, and the mother has to be a pug, what will you get when you breed your "bugg"??? Apparently, NOT another bugg, according to your own standards.
What health tests have you had done on your bugg? OFA? PennHip? CERF? Anything at all? No....I didn't think so.
we must keep the integrity of the breed to a high standard
And just what, exactly, are the breed standards for a bugg?
Before you start spouting mayhaps you you should learn to spell? If you are going to try to tell people off, people that have not been here for 4 years no less, you might want to try to at least SOUND intelligent.
Newfoundland Dogs and Labrador Retrievers both evolved SEVERAL hundred years ago, as did most of todays breeds, there is not a single reason to try to create new breeds now, we have more than enough and are killing MILLIONS of dogs every year because there are not enough homes.
