Hi everyone, I'm sorry about leaving the forum but I had to get off for some days in order to get myself together.I'm just not the type to hurt others feelings. if anything I will do my best to help you. There are so many members on here who I care about and enjoy talking with.THE KNOWLEDGE& INFORMATION I had received from here was better than going to the vet.The info I receive from here save ME money. I don't want to go into anything about why I lelf ,It's not important . just glad to be back b/c I need help on talking about my dog.for instance teacup keeps eating all his toys up. I had just brought him new toys last night ,two stuff animals .and he bit the nose off and ate it, took the cotton out the other one and ate it .I had to take it from him.boy was he mad.why would he eat his stuff animals? Is it something he's lacking in his diet or just bad. I asked him the same question but he would'nt answer. lol...
Welcome back!! This is why I buy my dogs toys at walmart or discount stores because they will last maybe a week. I cant afford to go to these fru-fru dog boutiques and pay $12 for the same stuffed squeaky animal I can buy for $2 elsewhere. Toys are made to be torn...they are not dog proof.
Ahhh, well, we aren't going through stuffed toys, except they do managed to pop the squeakers (thus making them no longer like said toy) BUT, those rubbery type toys that squeak! THOSE we go through like crazy!!!! We have kongs (got an awesome deal on ebay) but my guys only like them with peanut butter in them, they don't like to play with "just" the kong.
Teacup house, my Chihuahuas do the same thing. Cotton drives them crazy and they'll do anyhting to get it. They figured out the easiest way is to take the nose off and stick their little noses in. Maybe just buy soild toys, but he probably won't like that!
Yes, some of teacup toys has squeakers inside of them.but hes not trying to get to the squeakers, he just want to eat their nose off or the ear.when i first brought tea home he had three stuff animals he love so much .ms.pooky ms.kitty and mr. bear. two weeks ago he started eating them, at first he would suck on them in order to go to sleep. now he wants to eat them . i got scare and took them from him b/c when he goes to potty it be hanging from him and here he come running to me so i can get it loose. lol...i dont want the string and cotton in his little stomach might cause problems later on . no more soft animals for him,i think he showing mommy he's a big boy and want something he can tackle with . he he he
my dogs are chewers too. when i start to see the stuffing coming out , i toss them . they all have kongs but never really play with them unless i put goodies inside and then once thats gone, they dont want them. their favorites are the bullysticks. they will spend hours on end chewing on them. glad to see you back.
I have 2 shepherds and they love stuffed toys. I know they can destroy them but they never do. Mine always has a "baby" in her mouth. She sleeps with her babies all lined up in her bed. Just depends on the dog. That little teacup needs a kong. LOL
