So, as many of you know my baby, Toby, has been missing for now close to 3 weeks. In the time he's been gone, his litter was born. We are for sure going to keep one of his pups. I was first really attached to Tobias (aka fluffy) because he has his daddy's color and markings. But last night hubby pointed out one of the pups looks a lot like Toby and is really layed back. He is such a sweetie and has his dad's big old head and beautiful eyes. So now we're not sure who to keep now! Maybe both? Wish we could! Anyway, check out the pics.
Reevka- The puppies are adorable! Especially the third one. I'm also sorry that your Toby is lost. I've read in your other threads about your neighbors and how they may have him, and are money hungry. When you put out flyers did you mention a reward? Maybe if you talk to the neighbors, kinda exaggerate about how there is a big reward to whoever finds him, even if it's only $50 or so. Maybe a reward $ is appealing to them and they might just find him? Just a thought. Hope you find him.
Wow Reveka those babies are precious. What puppy looks like your Toby? I am so sorry he is missing. A reward is a good idea like she said, as sadly sooo many people are motivated by money! Was he stolen out of your backyard? That is the worst.
I personally like the first puppy you have on here. What a doll!
Thanks for the input guys. I've had flyers with rewards a few days after the regular ones produced nothing. I was sure it would work. It's a no go with the weird mastiff people. Going back over maybe tomorrow. They actually said check a house down the road, there's a guy with a bunch of little dogs.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Toby. I do so hope that you will find him soon. I haven't read your previous post about you having lost him but I was just wondering as to what makes you think the neighbours have him? How horrible of anyone to steal a beloved pet! I guess the only way of ensuring that you get him back is to offer a reward as others here have suggested, hopefully the mention of $ might tempt these people to hand him back to you in some way.
All the puppies are just adorable, I especially like the 3rd one. I will always have a soft spot for them as my 1st dog was a chihuahua, my darling Cleo. She passed away in 2004 and I miss her dreadfully. Good luck with Toby :)
Just beautiful ChiQueen - Toby clearly has some great genes! But not much help sorry! Couldn't possibly choose. Don't dogs choose their "owners" anyway? Congratulations. And again, so sorry for your loss.
