Hey! My dad just got a girl Chocolate lab with hazel eyes. She's nine weeks old. We think Hazel would be cute, but that's my grandma's name so........ lol! Well, so far, she's calm, and sweet. We want a name that fits her so, please help! Thank you for any suggestions! So far we have... Cookie, Brownie, Luna, Honey, and a couple more. Well, thanx again!

Cool thanx! I like Oreo and Lilly, I was also thinking..... maybe Lola? Maybe Lola would be better for a yellow lab. I don't know.

My son had a hunting dog a couple of years ago that passed away. Not for sure what breed but she was a liver color, and resembled a lab. Anyway, her name was Maggie. The name really fit a very loving and sweet dog.

I just looked up the meaning of the name "Hazel" -- one meaning from Hebrew is "one that sees God." How perfect is that for a lab?

I think Molly is a good lab name.

I know 2 chocolate labs. One is "Hershey" and the other is "Mocha".

hi there. i love the name bella for a girl .. i named my holland lop bella and i just got a new almost 8 week old bichi-poo white boy pup a week ago today and i named him bentley.
and also i like bailey.. believe me its hard naming your pup i wanted something differnt but i was going to name him karma but decided on bentley. like the exspensive car lol
everyone loves it and tells me they havnet heard that one before at the vet. i also have a cat and his name is ugg. sad but we named him ugg short for ugly. sounds horrible but hes a doll and we love him and hes my husbands side kick. he sleeps with my husband every night and he cant go to bed unless ugg is there with him. and ugg will wiat by the door when he hears his truck pull in from working all day. this cat is strange.. and my bunny and my cat are best friends they sit on the couch together and watch tv. bentley is new to our home so its taking alittle longer for ugg and bentley to bond but they are getting there.
just thought id say hi and give you a few names that i have always liked... theresa
