Well... that's kind of it. It is a flaw that probably may be passed down on a percentage of her puppies. So... those puppies may not be suitable for 'show' but not all puppies in every litter are going to be 'show quality'.
That said, it should be up to you and her breeder to determine if it is a bad enough flaw that she should not be bred OR if when mature the over-all dog is good enough to forgive the flaw.
There are a lot of factors that can happen between now and then. Sometimes dogs turn out better or worse than you think when they are puppies.
