Oh God, she is ADORABLE!!!!!! What a beautiful coat she has too.
Not sure how that can be comfortable under his legs :) Laptops are great though... our doggies love to be by us when we are on the computer so the laptop comes in handy. I thinks that is the only reason we got one. Wow, that sounds bad! ;)
Actually Katie will be 4 months this week so she's still a pup she's just a big puppy! By doing some rough calculations we figure she will end up being probably between 13 and 15 lbs full grown. Temperment wise...She is shockingly passive. She is so laid back that we figure by the time she's fully grown we will need to poke her with a stick to wake her up and get her go outside to pee:) She just has the sweetest personality. Our older dog is only 14 months so the memories of the "puppy stages" were still fresh in our minds when we got Katie. She however has done none of the typical puppy things we were prepared for like the biting or chewing which was surprising. She just loves to cuddle and will only lick you. I was telling my husband the other night that we should get ready for the teething chewing stage soon, only to discover she's already lost many of her baby teeth when I checked her mouth. So much for the chewing stage I guess. We stopped using her crate last week because she just never adjusted to it and the mess to clean up inside each time has horrific even after 6 weeks. An hour in the crate she would faithfully poop and pee everywhere. She was just frantic when she was in it. Even when we tried to put treats inside or her food she wouldn't touch them (and this dog love eating as much as she does sleeping). She only uses her papers in the kitchen or outside when we are home. Personality wise she is probably a little more shy than our other dog is. Definately not as outgoing. She doesn't go out of her way to greet everyone unlike our other dog. Although if they are both out at the same time she follows the lead of our older dog. She's started in puppy kindergarten and shows some indifference to the other dogs in the class. Maybe because she has a playmate at home? She does have a lovely coat, but it's much thinner than my Yorkie x Maltese. I suspect her adult coat will be a little thicker but she is sooo soft :)
You have a very special little girl on your hands. Mason is being a little terror lately. When I went home for lunch today I discovered that he had pulled out his bedding from his crate and was having a ball chewing it up even though he has a couple of toys with him. Someone told me he is just a little bored and will get over it. I was feeling so guilty.
