Don't send ANYMORE MONEY! It really does sound like these people are scamming you, what form of payment did you send. If it wasn't through something like paypay, or some kind or reputable escrow service then I think you can try to report it but it seems like your out of money. Sorry.
Hi I am sorry but it does sound like you have been scammed I do hope you can find a way to recoup your losses. I never even answer e-mails that come from someone out of our USA. Ido get e-mails wanting to buy my puppies and I don't bother because I don't want to be scammed.
F.Y.I. You need to check scam lists and become more aware of whats going on around you in the business of selling and buying through the internet. It almost happened to me too and I have become very suspicious of people who give me the slightest inkling too. Protect yourself and always remember do not pay anybody anything until you see with your own eyes whats going on. Thats why I am a firm believer in meeting face to face to purchase or sell.
Are you kidding?!?! Kiss that cash goodbye, esp. if you sent it Western Union! If you sent it Paypal, you may be able to get it back, since I think they hold it for 4 days. A puppy escrow service would be the best way, although I've never used one, but have researched it. I am so sorry that this happened to you. May I ask what website you bought your "puppy" from? What kind of pup was it? For the next time, always ask to see some other pics of the pup, and ask them to put something specific in the pic, like a spoon or a can of green beans. I know it sounds weird, but that way you know the pup is actually where they say it is. I always say I want to see how big they are in relation to (insert item here). If they give an excuse like "oh, my camera is broken...", give them a couple days to fix it/find a new one, then keep looking if they still don't give a new pic. I'm so sorry.

I'm very sorry that happened to you. It is never funny to be taken advantage of. We have all done stupid things before and trusted people that did not deserve it. It could have just as easily been a breeder across town.
