I'm not a breeder, I may become one many years down the road but I haven't completely decided yet. If I do than I'll be breeding Parson [Jack] Russell Terriers from great Champion lines from England, America, and Canada.
I don't see what the problem is with posting websites as long as there is nothing for sale. The website links were asked for by the OP and there is nothing wrong with sharing them especially when you put alot of hard work and creativity into your website and have been dying to share it with the people here since these are the kind of people that will appreciate it the most!!
E-mail address on the other hand probabbly shouldn't be shared because that seems like you're asking for them to contact you about a puppy.
There is website promotion such as "if you are looking for a cute puppy go here!"
This is more of a sharing of pets type of thing IMO. I don't use dogster I don't care to. I made an account 2 years ago and haven't updated it since. I have a website that I built and that I pay for with over 2k photos of my dogs on it. That is what I direct people to.
The list of links on this page is not to direct anyone from TP or to suggest that someone buy from the sites, these are all members sharing.
Oh..I understand fully Icyhound..I have just over time seen many edited and deleted saying it was website permotion in much the same threads as this..and I made a web site too. a rinky dink one compaired to some....but I too would feel proud to show it and share but i know if the shoes on a different foot it would get edited or deleted...I think that emails if you want to post them should stay...since we have no other way to contact others we might want to have a conversation with since chat is down..and many things we can not or should not monopolise the board with...we are all over the age of 13 ( as posted by the rules) and there for of an age to know what we are doing or saying on a web site. We should all understand that this is seen by hundreds of thousands per day and the email might get in the hands of some one other then who we intended..but..I guess I say it is a calculated risk taken by that individual. I dont need to advertise and permote on this forum since I already do so in a paid fashion...but I just like to point out when things have the appearance of being unfair. I on a personal level see nothing wrong with the zillions of websites deleted for permotion inless they come right out as say...hey if you want this or that..look here..but most have posted one to show off the beloved pets and they too get edited..so..I guess if the point is what is fair is fair...if you delete one..you should do it to all.or if you leave some...leave all...I guess that its ok to go to these websites and see the email that way...or the items for sale...as long as it it this thread...now the next time this topic comes it will be deleted...just my long time observation...and my opinion
