Hi. I haven't been on the forum for a long time so am not sure whether this topic has been mentioned before.
Does anyone have problem with burned grass spots from their dog's pee? Someone recommended that I give my dog several tablespoons of tomato juice. I will try that. Is ther any other better solution to prevent her from burning out parts of the grass from her pee? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Tomatos actually aren't very good for dogs. I wouldn't chance tremors and heart arrhythmias.. but it's one of those things that a tiny amount may really hurt one dog, and barely effect another. But you don't know until you feed it how your dog will take it.
Best thing for grass? Watering where the dog pottied, just after they have gone to dilute the urine. It's a pain in the butt, but it keeps the grass from becoming scortched.
It works and my dogs eat em right out of my hand....(My gfs St Bernard has to have them hidden in cheese....lol)
all natural and I got a beautiful lawn....they are cheap too....cost me 23 bucks for a bottle that will get me thru summer for TWO dogs....

It binds or neutralizes the nitrogen compounds in the urine or feces. It is effective within one day of use. It does not effect the internal organs of the dog.
