go to this site http://www.photobucket.com/ create an account....its free....(you can use tiny pic.com too.)......then...... go to photobucket, you already have an account. hit the "browse button' this will take you to your computer, go to the file you store your pics in and select the one you want posted.............it will then bring you back to photobucket....hit "submit" when it gets finished hosting your pic, it will show a small version on the page, there will be 3 different links

Click on the URL one untill it turns blue......when this happens right click on it... it will drop a box that says
CUT
COPY
PASTE etc...
click on the one that says COPY.
come to the message board hit new post. type in what you want typed in then hit "PASTE" this will show the link that is your pic. when you hit submit new post your pic will be there.
