yes this incision looks very good.Don't worry about it, I know the puckering is alarming, but perfectly normal, it is done that way to allow the incision to stretch when she moves, but try to keep her from jumping. Again, this looks very good, and I'm a part time surgical tech.
What would NOT be normal would be bleeding, pus, angry red swelling, fever, weeping discharge,foul odor.
They look fine to me. Redness is normal, and occasionally a little sore. As long as she isn't crying in pain, there's nothing to worry about. Also, don't be alarmed if she's had a loss of appetite, it can be common. She's a beautiful dog.
That looks excellant! Very clean and no signs of infection. Just keep an eye on it to make sure that none of the negative signs mentioned do not show up, and if they do contact your vet to make sure everything is okay.
