Have any of you guys heard of this mix before? A friend of my fiance's has one and its such a cute dog. I know how you all feel about "designer mutts" but this is one I have not heard of yet and it was so cute! I thought she was kidding when she told me she had a cocktese. LOL
that is just stupidity and your right when a desighner dog name goes wrong, way wrong, LOL can you imagin being at a show and having the ring steward cal for all the coktese to the ring, arg some people are just plain braindead
We have a cocktese called DAISY for our family pet and she's beautiful almost human like.Every time we go to the park strangers admire her shiney silky coat and friendly nature so much so we decided to let her have puppies any day now so we could keep one ourselves. We've never seen another dog the same breed as her since discovering they exsist. We highly reccomend you look out for the COCKTESE.
lol, lol, lol, lol msquires to what you and Rustys said, that was helerious.
Can you imagine if these name existed, it would ba a major disater in dog names.
I have a Cocker Spaniel/Hound mix, so what's her nick name? Cockerhound, I don't know, but anyways, I love her allot, she's really a sweety to me and loving. She'd be by my side day and night.
I noticed today. When I went by the pool, Macy and Maiya were playing around, but then after Macy just sat near the pool, waiting for me. How sweet is that. I never had a dog do that, want to be with me day n night. It's my first.
maybe a Cockhound, goes well with Cocktese don'tca think, LOL. designer dogs are just as ridiculous as everyone running out and getting dals after the movies, and afghans in the 70's, some ppl just don't think.

We have three of these dogs. They are referred to as "Silky Spaniels." I'm not well versed in all the accrediting associations for dogs, as I do not breed them, but I know that they are recognized by some Hybrid Association. If you do a search on Silky Spaniel you'll find a few breeders. They are sort of new on the scene. When we first got them, we went through all the various names that we could call the breed...most of them sounding very vulgar indeed. Finally we found the Silky Spaniel reference and were very pleased to know what to call them, without being red in the face!
I have a maltiese cocker spainial mix her name is Miranda and is the best dog I've ever had. She's calm yet playfull she was so easy to train and is so cute! She's a year and weighs 11lbs. When I got her a couple had a maltiese and a cocker spainial and they said they just moved in togeather and the maltiese accidentlly got pregnant and actually gave the dogs away to good homes, so I took one and my sister took the other female I had no idea that this is accually a breed now!
