Hey look your catching up with me with all your posts =P. I still dont understand how people get like 25000 posts, are they on here all day? Lol And no your not this forums pain in the neck, we all love to see the pics, even if it takes you a little while to get it right, I was the same! Lol Did you enroll with puppy classes.
~MommaMia~ Ahhh... thanks so much! None could ever replace that baby girl! She has more then earned her set of angel wings!
Yes.. Turbo is a very handsome little Lad! The only thing is... he knows it too! The little dickens... (LOL) :)
~SiennalovesMax~ Yes!... I will be.. packing snacks too! (LOL) The only thing is I must wait until he's had his next booster and rabies shot. Which will be next month. Then the fun really begins... YEAH!!
Oh yeah you have to wait for a while. Well, either way it's sosososofun! Lol, I'm gonna enroll Max in a second course when I have the money from work this summer. Puppies normally love to learn, and please their owners. You'll be having, a lot of fun.
~scenicvalesiberians~ It was a long and painful five years before I went and bought Turbo. Dutchess had put such a dead bolt over my heart! For a year I couldn't even look at another dog. Even when it belonged to someone else!
~SiennalovesMax~ I can't wait to show off my little Turbo. Definitely will be bringing some Cheerios along for the trip.
He's actually quite a good boy. So far he's learnt the easy commands.. pee, poo, down and sit. His frisbee training is coming along great! Right now his attention span is about of a fly! Puppy hood don't you just luv it! :) He can now pick it up after it's landed. It's pretty tricky to get those little teeth under the rim of the frisbee! (LOL)

I got to tell you that I had a stiff neck shortly before looking at your photos and the twisting needed to get a good view of your photos was all that I needed to unstiffen my neck, I suppose I should be thankful that it was stiff to begin with roflmao.
Jokes aside Dutchess was a beauty, american cockers are truly beautiful, more so than the english version, that's JMO. I have a black boy called Royce with a coat that hangs like curtains but I usually clip his coat otherwise in the summer months he would be dragging half the paddock into the house lol.
Turbo is a good looking dog, what breed is he? Jack russell?
~duchess~ Thank you so much :) I thought it would be a lot harder to see her photos again! Everyone has been so thoughtful and kind! :)
~sandybabies~ The emotional pain is so riveting... it really does hurt when you loose a fur baby! I'm very glad and lucky to have Turbo sharing my life! :)
~Brookie~ Soz about your neck... :( Hope your feeling much better! I also have to agree with you. American Cockers look much nicer then the English Cockers. The American Cockers seem to have this whole Regal look about them. That's just my opinion... and I'm English! (LOL) It's probably worth less then a milkbone...at that! :)
The pain is unbearable and the emptiness I cannot find words to describe, it does become easier to bear as time passes but even after years of the passing of my dogs it is still hard for me to look at their photos, it brings back the pain all over again. I find comfort knowing that I provided them with a life of comfort, love and care and when I think of so many dogs that are never given the chance to know what it is like to be loved and are neglected and treated harshly then I realise how lucky my own have been and I draw strength from that.
~Brookie~ Such heart felt words... I know of the pain so well! When Dutchess passed on. I couldn't even bare to let her go and be burried at a Pet Cemetry.
Instead I had her burried in my rose garden. Ont he exact spotr where she would take her sun naps. I went and bought the pinkest rose bush I could find. It sits over her... and blooms to this day! For some reason I find comfort in her being still close by. However some family members think I was insane to do such a thing! Personally I can't think why?
Irishgirl, your pics of your Dutchess touched my heart. She looks so much like one of the cocker spaniels we used to have:) Ours was named Sage and when she was 16 mos. old she was hit by a car, we also had her sister, Arika, who was coal black. We had her until she was 8 yrs. old and we had to have her PTS because of hip displasia. Over 2 yrs. time she became paralyzed in her back legs, but wasn't in a lot of pain. We carried our sweet girl everywhere. Then the pain started to get bad and the pain meds weren't helping anymore. I still miss those dogs after all these years:(
Rest in peace Dutchess, Sage, Arika and all of those 4 legged angels who have touched our hearts over the years.
