you may not advertise dogs for sale on this forum.....I have told you this twice now. this is for people to discuss pet problems, ask pet questions, and brag about their pets. Also, try to relate to the topic at hand when posting replies to threads. I also reccomend not leading people to puppy mills to buy puppies. A great breeder can be found for these people. Puppy mills do not generally have very good health guarantees, if any, because they don't breed healthy pups...or atleast they wouldn't know if they did because they don't do the tests that a good breeder would do.
Oh, sorry, I didn't know that. Is it alright to post dogs that need homes, like adoption? I do relate to the topics when I post!!! I am not leading anyone to puppymills!!! The breeders I posted about are great breeders. Both of the breeders offer great health gaurentees and are not puppymills! And they do test!
I think your ignorance is speaking again. Do you know what a puppy mill is???? There is someone on this forum who has seen Red Jewel Kennels and has confirmed first hand that it is a mill. You claim you have been there, but I doubt that. Why was your pup shipped if you have seen the place first hand?
LindyLou,usually I don't get ugly but I will say this I would never heed the advice you give on any topic. it is like you take a small piece of what everyone says word for word and combine them. you got your dog from a puppymill and you support and fight for backyard breeders. some of us may not have all the knowledge other people do.but we do try to give safe advice for our pets and we don't advertise for nasty BYB sorry to be rude it's not my nature.but.........sometimes an exception to the rule comes along......*shrugs*
I dont think she ever said her pup was sick. She asked a question about wee wee pad training and most replies were leading her to believe her dog was sick. He dog is a really good looking dog, regardless on where she got him from. Give her a break. Try and be posative. Dont be so harsh. You say no negative posting but take a look back at most of your posts. What is she suppose to do?? GIve up on the little puppy, or give him the best home he can have..
I am being realistic. I have seen the breeder's web page and read everyword posted on it. If her dog is sick because of the breeder's neglegence it is too late per the contract to collect damages for this dog. Pretty dogs can come from anywhere. Good breeders don't sell unhealthy dogs and take care of them if they do become ill by neglegence.
The dog is not sick. Stop assuming that it is. She never said there was anything wrong with him. He is a healthy little puppy. Do you have your Vet licence? Goodness. Give her a chance please. She was just asking for help for Wee Wee pad training. Everyone assumed the dog was ill and sent her to the Vet. She just wanted some help on how to train him.
She said she had medacine. Listen. I dotn want to fight. Please .. I said that not all puppies are perfect. Ok. She went to the vet, she got him medacine. She didnt ask anyones opinion on the puppy nor coccida. She asked about Housebreaking.
She said that she wasn't taking her dog to the vet until Friday. I am urging her to do so sooner If the dog is sick and it is causing the sudden uncontrolable bowel movements she needs to know. I wouldn't want to be in the dark on this.
If she wasnt taking her dog to the vet, why in the world would she have medacine?? Your right. I would take him to the vet earlier. Where would she get medacine from? DO you see what I am saying? If she has medacine and she knows the dog is sick, then why would she take him back to the vet again?
Don't you understand hollie? Red Jewel Kennels may not be a total puppy mill, but she is still a backyardbreeder. Did you see that farm quality boxer she has? Half of her dogs are CKC? Did you see that she gives a 2 day health guarantee? LindyLou's pup has coccidia! YEAH A GREAT BREEDER! First she gives a two day health guarantee with no refund, and than the puppy gets sick! You think she is a good breeder? Pull your head out of the groundhog's burrow! My friend who bred mastiffs (before he switched to chihuahuas) offered a 2 year health guarantee and a refund of the owner's purchase anytime before the dog is 2 years old, if it became sick! Now that is a good breeder! Also, he bred my puppy, Chili Pepper's mom. She is healthy, and so is my puppy!
First off, Try some respect! Thank You, I never said anything about anyone being a good breeder. Never. Try going back and reading things and then you realize what I was saying. Your alittle late, and posting about somethng you know nothing about.. next time, before you flip out and say rude things.. take the time to read prior posts, and then write..
I was chatting with someone who has visited Red Jewel Kennels and confirmed that it is a puppy mill. The website alone had many red flags. They breed many different breed who are not in a related group. There are no champions posted on the site. They misrepresent the sizes of chi's. The are not AKC registered dogs. There are more flags, too.
