How to get my black lab pup to listen to me

Anyone who can help me,I have a 9 week old female black lab who listens to my husband but not to me. Any suggestions? She will sit/stay, give me her paw but anything else she won't listen to me.

I seems that your husband has the alpha roll in your dog's eyes. I am guessing that you are with the dog more and are cuddling it quite a bit. Your husband is probably out of the home more. Your dog see him as top dog. Top dogs are more stand-offish with younger dogs. Do obedience basics with your dog daily for atleast 5-10 minutes. Your dog should come around soon.

I think that you should spend more time with the dog like take her/him out for walks in the morning or at night.

Keep your dog on the leash at all times in the house, so it has a better idea who's in control. That way you have a better chance of making him listen.
