Growing up I had a mutt named Oreo. When we moved into the city he went to live with my grandma. For a couple years we had a beagle mix, very cute puppy named Barney, but he went to live with grandma too when she bought another beagle. They were best friends. When we lived on the farm we had all sorts of cats, rabbits, chickens, turtles, etc. Now, my husband and I have a 10 month old dachshund named Isabella. We just call her Bell or Belly usually.
my husband and i decided that we wanted a female red minature dachshund. well i went to pick her up alone. i got there and saw this little black male dachshund. oh my he was so cute. long story short i was on the way home with my black and tan male. i did not tell my husband, he saw him when he got home. oh he was mad for a second, but then he was over it. then a year later we went and got sally.
my family always had dogs since five of my aunts and uncles are vets and my grandpa has a farm were he always has at least four boxers since i can remember. of course he also has horses and cows and a man that worked for him and lived there had chicken. for a while he even breeded wild boars but now only the male is left. he´s really nice and we can stroke him!! i had two boxers myself but they just passed away and i´m looking for a new dog.
I've got three heinze 57's. They've all pretty much "found me. Kaycee came first, she was picked up on hwy 111 at about 14 weeks of age. Buddy just showed up on our front porch one day. And Dollar, well he has a story that has an even better ending lol. He's very illmannered and was in need of a home to teach him how to be a good dog. His old momma is a member of tp. Her and I got in contact and I decided to take Dollar in. :)
I have two dogs, a golden and a yellow lab. Coda is my lab, he is nine months. Abby is my golden, she's almost three. I also have a Bombay/Manx mix cat named Whiskers, whoose six. Whiskers is pure black coloured :)
In the past, I've also had a Beagle, a Maltese mix, a calico cat, and a british shorthaired cat.
Hello, I have two Siberian Huskys and a New Foundland cross mix. I found them all at shelters. My older Husky (Wiley E Coyote) was beaten so badly so I'm the only one that can take care of him. To me is the sweetest boy but so scared of other people is makes me cry. I feel so bad for him.
The other husky (Artic Blaze Coyote) was a pup so she is a well adjusted girl. She just passed doggie school. Last but not least my sons dog Buddy, that is here 95% of the time was also a pup when we found him at the shelter. He is fully trianed by me, what a smart boy he is.
Now for the rest of the family, I have three cats ( Henry, Cole and Smokey) that sleep with Wiley at night. Blaze and Buddy are crate trained and Wiley and the cats sleep on the couch in the garage.
My cats where all rescued by me. Smokey can't walk real well. When I found him he was hit or run over. He was dragging his back legs. The vet told me to put him down but I put him on some meds and lots of love and care and now as I'm typing this he is on my lap.
I love my pets and I think that they are my furry kids. Henry is now at the young age of 14. He is my oldest.

I have a ferret and 2 dog hybreds, Kaiser who is going on 7 yrs, and Tika his daughter who turns 4 next mo. Kaiser is bull headed as all get out, he thinks he is the soul protecter of any child 9 yrs, old and under, dogs are not allowed to chase any cat or he registers them as hostile, at the age of 2 he raised 3 Canadian gosslings to maturity, and he is afraid of men (they through m-80's at him). My little girl thinks all cats are her kittens and no one had should make any moves against me she feels is a threat, she gives one warning, if it continues she will nip, people have never tried to press her past that point. Tika will stay to protect and Kaiser will run (hero the cowardly dog).
