It's something like this ( I cant really explain it ) ;
There like hearing aids for dogs but it's on there head, what u do is u drill a hole in ur dogs head so it fits, then u screw the hearing aid thingy in, it's for so they can actually hear human language insted of dog.
I've heard of and seen a documentary about an implant that goes in the top of the dog's skull. It is to allow a deaf dog to hear. That's all. Just to enable a deaf dog to hear. I think it stimulates the auditory nerves or something like that. It sounds like somebody took it all out of proportion and got ridiculous with it. My dogs understand English just fine and no implant in their skull is going to increase their ability to understand. Speaking to them often helps them understand.
