I agree w/ jocquelle. Though it maybe a light Apricot it has to much of an orange tint to be creme. My Nap is a creme and he looks white untill hes standing next to a white dog then you can tell hes not pure white. His nose and pads are brown. Is that your poodle? Its very pretty what ever color you want to call it!
I think it could be classified as a light apricot or a creme. The puppy you showed on the teriffic pets add is a red. That is not apricot. If that is the color you wanted then you should have got a red pup. Are you mad the dog is to light? It is a beautiful pup and looks very healthy. Poodle colors change so much that I would be happy to have a beautiful, healthy pet to show off? If it turns out he is creme and not apricot then are you going to get rid of him? Is this even your dog or just a question?
Neither one of the dogs pictured, is a member of this boards dog. The first dog (the one in question) was just a picture of a dog that I thought was gorgeous and added to my photobucket. One day when I get a standard poodle, I would love to have a dog as attractive as that.
The debate, was if the first dog was an apricot or not. I said yes, OP said that I was wrong, that it was a cream. Then she went on to link me to a site that had apricot poodles, to which I added the second picture from that site to prove that the dogs were the same color and the show dog was on an apricot page.
