So im looking through the paper online i find someone who wants to give away a English Bulldog with champion bloodlines to good home only. This guy was good he said all the right stuff.I decided to humer myself and ask why he would give a puppy away he should have an adoption fee. This is the e-mail i recieved.
I know it's funny to you that i place the advert that i want to give out an english bulldog for free. yes it is, I am an employee of the petroleum marketers association ,I have just been posted to west africa on a work transfer. I just got here last week and on getting here i got to realise that the weather condition here is not conducive(too hot) for my bulldog and that is why i placed an advert to give the bulldog to a caring and loving family that will take very good care of her. My english bulldog's name is beavis, she is fully AKC and CKC registered, has no health defect of whatsoever, Current vaccinations, de-worming, new crate, veterinarian health check and health certificate. I will only give out beavis to a family that will take very good care of her. I want to make sure i give beavis out to someone that wil take good care of her, someone i can always keep in contact with to know how she is doing. Do get back to me if only you promise of taking very good care of beavis because i love beavis so much, i would have let beavis stayed but the weather out here is just to harsh for beavis. Attached to this email are the pictures of beavis. Do get back to me if you promise of taking very good care of my baby(beavis). You can call me on the office telephone # 0112348067371044. Thanks Sean McEdwards
I contacted my local paper and reported him i then refered her to this site to get some insite on the scammers.Everyone be carefull this guy is GOOD.
So after i reported this scumbag I wrote him back to see more of the scam,This is the next e-mail i recieved.
are you giving me your word that beavis will be fine with you? can i always keep in contact with you to know how beavis is doing? Sould i take you by your word that you'll take good care of my baby. If you will take good care of beavis, do get back to me with you full contact details so that i can get that on to the shipper to book the flight as there is a british airways flight on ground for today, you will be responsible for shipping cost is $280 . Sean McEdwards
HA BUSTED!!!! I have never seen a scammer so concerned about an imaginary animal he sent stolen pics and all.Now the end of this scam is he didnt know about certain paperwork and because the animal is free he asks you to cover the expence. And if you call british airways of coarse the shipping charge is more so it seems legit.
If you see this in your local paper online.Repot it i think too many people have lost alot of hard earned money.

"You should tell them that you'll fly in to get the puppy instead of having them shipped-that you can use your frequent flyer miles. Then see what they say!"
If this is anything like the Nigerian scam, they will commend you, and say how fortunate the puppy is to have someone that is willing to do that, what a wonderful owner you must be. Yes, please, fly out now.
You'll get an airport and a hotel to go to. If you're lucky, you'll get robbed and left in the street after an "express kidnapping". If you're unlucky, you'll never be heard from again.
I replied but a different this is what i e-mailed.
I just talked to the decan of my church she thaught it was a great idea to go to South Africa to do some missionary work and she had frequent flyer miles so i can go with the group, They were going to go to Mexico but this puppy must have been a sign we were needed there. Can you please tell me the city or town you are in so we can contact the American Embassy for security during our stay.I am soo happy you get to meet who your baby Beavis will be going home with and we will send lots of pics of beavis during the holidays,Thankyou and god bless Jennifer
