need advice !! How do I convince her?????????
im 13 really responsible and my mom said if i got a dog it would have to stay outside WAHT DO I SAY?

im 13 and i wrote What Breed? if you didnt read it was about me saving for a fence so i could get a puppy but my mom just said she mite pay for the fence and i was talking about some smaller breeds and she said the dog would have to STAY outside ALL the time!!!!!
My mother knows nothing about dogs she is not the total animal lover like me she was reluctant to get a cat
and i refuse to get a dog that must stay outside i mean the dog should be inside with the family and you also have to worry about weather sooo how can i convince her to let the dog be allowed in the house?????

We can't tell you how to convince her.. You either will need to wait, or save up the money and try to show her in time why dogs belong indoors.

I wasn't allowed a pet as a kid. Mine dropped into my lap in university. While waiting sucks, it isn't the end of the world.

You don't... it's unfair to make a dog live outside. Why not try volunteering at your local animal shelter? or Join a 4-h dog club, many times 4-H leaders will allow you o borrow a dog.

A big part of being "responsible" is if something isn't ready to be done, don't do it. Wait, study, save up your money (so you don't have to be in your mom's debt to get anything like vaccinations or dog food), and plan until you are able to get a dog on your own or until your mom changes her mind about it. Just nagging her or getting a dog and keeping it outside because you just can't wait would be irresponsible. Hang in there and try to be patient.

well here is a reason to tell her it should get to come in sometimes:think of how cold those smaller breeds can get when it starts snowing.

As a child, I kept hounding my father for an Irish Setter. He always said, "when you get your own house you can get an Irish Setter". I waited 13 years.....And have had setters since 1982.
Keep saving, keep showing that you are mature and responsible and she may change her mind. If she doesn't, it may seem like a long wait. But believe me, it will be worth the wait.

Yeah...LOL I also was told the bit about your own house when you grow up.
I have 4 Dobermans all are inside dogs and it's MY HOUSE.
