My dog will grab her toy and let me spin her in circles until she gets really dizzy and then she will race back and forth through the house and 1 time she was doing her race through her house and she heard a noise behind her and looked back but kept running and ran right into the wall. She felt kind of stupid after that and just slunked off. It was hilarious!
My puppy Amos will chase his tail and sit down when he catches it and chew on it,then fall on his head,it's so cute! He also sleeps on his back with his paws in the air and Lacy sleeps on his head. Amos(http://www.dogster.com/?42193)
Bowen is actually a very intelligent dog, but he's done 2 stupid things in his life. First off, when he was a puppy he would chase his tail (and catch it) so much that he actually chewed or tore off all the hair on the end of his tail. It was literally getting to the point that there was a bloody nub on his tail tip. The second dumb thing is.. we have a 83 full sized bronco that we travel around in. The dogs ride in the back just behind the seat next to the tail gate. We had gone over to my inlaws house, and whenever my husband goes there, for one reason or another he always backs into place. Then we let the tailgate down and he jumps in or out of the bronco. This particular day, I drove over to the inlaws and I pulled in front end first instead of backing in. When we left, the dog ran outside, and was so excited about going that he didn't pay attention to the fact the bronco was facing the opposite direction. So he just leaped right up ont o the hood of the bronco and laid down on it, with this total "Well, Im ready to go!!" We all just about died laughing.
when my dog was a little puppy he used to jump in my neighbor's bath tub (full of water of course) whenever we'd go visit. It was in the winter, very dry, and she filled the tub for some humidity in the apt. Everytime we went he would break away from me and make a beeline for it and dive in. I have a picture of him in there, leash still attached, with my neighbor's cat staring at him from his perch on the toilet. I wish he still had the same enthusiasm for baths, but unfortunately that's not the case. :)
When Storm was a puppy she thought that the shower was the coolest thing. It was impossible to take a shower with out her comming in. She would "attack" the water as it fell on her head, then when she couldn't "attack" it she would sit there with this comfused look on her face like "huh why can't i catch it". When she would really be annoying i would turn on the bath tub and she would play in there for hours!! Now try to get her in the bathroom, let alone the tub!
When Cosmo was a pup he would tip over face first into his food. He would just slowly lift off the ground and he either didnt notice until it was too late or he was just busy eating. Sometimes his rear end would just hover off the ground about an inch, it was the coolest thing.
We rearranged our house and the dogs got their own room. Buster was used to his crate being in one spot. Well we moved his crate while he was outside. When we brought him in he ran into the room where is crate used to be and sat in the corner where is crate used to be and wouldn't move. It was like he was saying "ok I am in my crate now give me my treat". I called and called him to get him to come in the new room but he wouldn't he stayed in that corner. I had to go get him and bring him in the other room where his crate was.
