They are just soooooooooooo cute lol and ummm I really like them just wanted to hear from a owner that has one...
Dogs think men are gods... they have the treats. Cats are not so easily fooled.

I have had at least one in my home for as long as I can remember. They are cute. I have always had smoothed hair Chihuahuas. Never long haired ones.

i have a chihuahua mix and she is my life. i've had for 7 yrs. Now and i dont know what i would do without her. Her name is Baby and of course she is my baby:)
Her full name is Baby Angel Cavazos. I spoil her rotten and i treat her more as a family member more than a dog, because she sleeps in my bed she goes with us mostly everywhere.

i have a chiweenie--a chihuahua/dachshund mix....soooo cute.but then again anything mixed with a chi is cute!!!

My sister and mom have Chihuahuas. I have a Min Pin that is as small as a Chihuahua. People mistake her all the time. I even got her a tag made that says "I'm not a freakin' Chihuahua!" I got that from a doggie t-shirt I saw online.

I have two Chi's. One is Chico and the other is CiCi. I'm stilling working on the pictures though. I didn't have time to post any over the weekend.

It's not my pick of breed, but I've enjoyed reading the replies and pictures!! My man wants one and has wanted one for a long time. He has all the taco bell stuff from growing up lol. He likes the small dogs and I like the big dogs. We might get a small breed one day. I don't know..are any of yours good with kids? That's a must for us! I have heard and read how most of them are not good with kids. But then again Saint Bernards are suppose to be gentle but Sophie isn't and I don't trust her with kids. I watch very closely!

Both of ours get along great with kids. My husband has two nephews and a niece and I have a son. Both of our Chi's love all four of them and the little girl totes them around like a sack of potatoes. The only thing is that they don't like strangers at all.

That's good to hear! They are cute and I like the smooth coated ones. Maybe if we expose the pup to kids at an early age or get one from a rescue that likes kids it'll work out.

My mom has raised and showed tham sionce before I was born (we wont go into how long ago that was) They are adorable and sweet, love everyone.
People are like slinky's, not really good for much. But its still fun to push them down the stairs.

my chihuahua doesn't like any kids or other grown ups that she hasn't known for a while. she likes my boyfriend. that's good.

I expose her to a lot of people but all she does is just bark. she doesn't try to bite them unless they pick her up or someone gets too close to me.

I feel kinda bad because people think she's a bad dog but she's not.

does anyone know how I can get her to become more of a people friendly dog?
