I've read bits and pieces of that one and the second book. I wasn't impressed. There are some good bits of information in there, but also some things where he proves that he has NO idea what he is talking about. Then in the second book, all he really does is talk about what he's talking about is in the first book, so you have to go back to read the first book, to get the second book, which really doesn't have any new info. Its more like a detailed index.
That and they take money every month for the stupid newlestter I have told them, REPEATEDLY (in writing and by phone) that I do NOT want. He refrences other things. Example would be, "The cure for diabetes; I'd tell you, but the FDA won't allow me to. Research so & so's work, published in his book, "Such & Such".
I found the old Adell Davis' books better because they contain the actual information.
