My all time favorite movie is "Somewhere in Time". It was filmed in 1980, partially on Mackinac Island, between Upper and Lower Michigan and stars Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour.
Have any of you seen that movie? Christopher Reeve stars as a playwright that is drawn to a picture of a beautiful young actress, from years gone by. He eventually is able to go back in time, not once, but twice to meet (once again) the love of his life, Elise McKenna, played by Jane Seymour.
I have the movie and have watched it at least a dozen times and still cry over it.

Okay..I'm thinking..."The Color Purple", "The Doll Maker", "Forrest Gump", "Castaway" (Tom Hanks), "Titanic", "The Green Mile", My Grandaughter and I are big fans of the "Lord of the Rings" Movies, all those stupid John Candy or Chris Farley Movies, loved those guys. "My Cousin Vinny" and anything with Steve Martin.

Honestly, some of them suck lol There are a couple really good ones though... The Incident On and Off of Mountain Road is a good one, I got Fair Haired Child for my birthday and I liked it. Pick Me Up, Imprint and are good. Dance of the Dead was okay but it only got saved with points because Robert Englund was in it lol Dream Cruise was pretty good, Washingtonians was a good story but sucky acting and I am waiting to see Pro-Life
I love the intro music for them...

one of my favorites movies is "The Usual Suspects". Another good one that comes to mind is "Saw", the first one. Didn't care much for the gruesome deaths, but i was fascinated by the psychology behind it. I love movies that makes you think and keep you guessing till the end.
